By accessing or using goforitnation.com (the "Website"), operated by GoForIt Nation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Website.

2. Use of the Website

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the Website, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or use it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.

3. Accounts

Some features of the Website, such as saved orders, payment methods and shipping addresses, require an account. You can sign up with email or with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly at hello@goforitnation.com of any unauthorized use.

4. Products and Orders

GoForIt Nation products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand production partner, Printify. Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including after an order has been confirmed, for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may change at any time. You are responsible for any taxes or duties applicable to your order.

5. Payment

Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details. By submitting an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are produced and shipped by our production partner. Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier or to you, as applicable.

7. Returns and Refunds

Return and refund eligibility, if any, is described on the Website at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, items must be returned unused and in their original condition within the stated return window. If you need help with an order, use the help option in your account or email hello@goforitnation.com.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including text, images, designs, the GOFORIT NATION™ name and the GoForIt Nation logo — is owned by GoForIt Nation or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Website without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoForIt Nation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Website.
